“My name is Liz Wilson. I’ve been doing physical training with Katie for almost five years and I couldn’t be happier with the results she’s helped me achieve.


I started my fitness journey looking for an experienced female trainer with certifications in plant based nutrition. I was recommended to Katie several times and we began working together to build strength and muscle while transitioning me into a full-time vegan / plant based diet and lifestyle. I had never lifted a barbell before I met Katie and the kindness, patience, and genuine care she has shown me over the years has helped build my confidence in gym spaces tremendously.


Over the last five years Katie has programmed my weekly workouts, trained me in person, trained me virtually, and helped me optimize my nutrition to guide me toward achieving my health and fitness goals. We’ve done everything from prepping me for wedding photos, training to run a half marathon, and lifting heavy to gain muscle. She’s guided me through counting macros, and when we discovered that wasn’t the path for me, she came up with foods I can easily make while intuitively eating to achieve my goals.


I personally appreciate her willingness to listen to my goals as they evolve and change and be there to help me train and eat for them. I also appreciate her ability to encourage and push me while also understanding my limits and taking into account my life outside of the health and fitness space. She understands mental health and wellness are just as important to my well being as my nutrition and fitness.


Five years later and I’m vegan strong (never looked back) and have built more muscle than ever. I know I will continue to work with Katie as long as we’re both able because she has also become a great friend.

Wow- where to start? I cannot say enough good things about Katie as both a trainer AND a person. But I’ll try ;)

I started working with Katie in December of 2021. I was absolutely terrified because I was starting from square one. I had no prior knowledge in fitness and definitely not in strength training. 

I remember that first one-on-one PT session like it was yesterday. It was THE hardest workout I had ever done and I went home crying. My partner said, “I know it’s hard. It will continue to be hard, but you can do this. I promise.” I was so unhappy with the person I had become that quitting was no longer an option. 

Katie not only made things manageable, she made them easy to understand and made it clear we were making small, sustainable lifestyle choices. 

After about a year of learning the fundamentals of strength training, I finally felt ready to tackle fat loss and boy oh boy did that add a fun new element to the mix. Katie’s knowledge in nutrition changed my life. She gave me the tools not only to implement more nutrient dense foods into my diet but debunked every single myth I had ever been told about food my entire life. No bullshit fad diets, no scams, no restriction, no hacks.

I’ve lost 60 pounds and gained more muscle than I ever have and I owe it to Katie and her guidance 100%. We do weekly check-ins to make sure we’re on the same page and she’s available whenever I have questions. With her help and encouragement I also ran my first half marathon and stopped drinking alcohol! Katie pushes me hard in the gym and helps me reach every single goal I set for myself while also promoting adequate rest and recovery.

I had my first work out with Katie in January 2021. I remember it well because I was TERRIFIED. I was a mom of two kids under 3 years old, in the worst shape of my life, zero confidence in myself and I had NO IDEA where to start.  I had been secretly stalking Katie on social media for several years, occasionally joining one of her boot camps on the weekends but never serious enough to take the leap of joining her program. I finally did and while I felt great sticking to the strength training small group classes, my true goal was fat loss; I needed nutrition help. A few years into building my confidence with in-person training, I decided to join her online program of home workouts and nutrition. It took me a few attempts to commit to nutrition and find a way for it to work with my lifestyle, but Katie did not judge and kept encouraging me without pressure. Once I was fully committed, I finally began seeing my body change. I always knew Katie was amazing as a trainer and grossly knowledgeable in everything nutrition, but I think what has stood out to me the most these last 4 years is seeing how accepting and accommodating she is to wherever you are on YOUR journey. She has never forced anything on me and has met me where I needed to be every step of the way and even seeing through my own doubts and insecurities and pushing me to try things I never thought I could. I would not have been able to make it where I am on my journey without Katie. I still have a long way to go but I have no doubt with her by my side, I will get where I want to be. My only regret is not joining sooner.

“Hi! My name is Nicole. I am 44 and have been an gym lover for like 20+ years. I used to live in California and train with Katie in person. When I left California, I asked Katie if she would continue to program for me. I had a handful of weights, a few pairs of heavy kettlebells, a pull-up bar, some bands and a handful of hand weights. Katie has a gift! She has a plethora of knowledge of the human body and nutrition. She is very good at knowing how to cater to individual needs for her clients. “I began working with Katie about five months ago regarding nutrition/macro coaching. I had always considered myself a fairly healthy eater, but wasn't seeing the results I wanted and was feeling frustrated. Katie helped me adjust my diet and macros, without make me feel deprived, or like I was sacrificing any of my favorite treats. She broke down so many of my nutrition and body image myths and mental road blocks. As the months evolved, Katie also began coaching my workouts, too. I love the app she uses, and the style of workouts. She really tailors them so you can do them from anywhere (I live 200 miles away!) and still feel connected. She designs nutrition and workout programs for "life", and while she guides you, you are able to create your own destiny. As we know life can be hectic and crazy, and Katie makes sure you never sacrifice your goals, or those moments with your friends and family. For everything Katie has done for my nutrition and workouts, she has helped me overcome some really challenging mental barriers about body image, nutrition, and fitness. “Oh boy, I'm not sure where to even start! About six months ago, I was just under my highest weight ever and I was very unhappy. I was refusing to buy bigger clothes because I didn't want to acknowledge how out of control I had let myself get. I also didn’t like being in pictures unless I posed a certain way to make myself look smaller. I knew I needed something to change and I wanted it, but nothing had pushed me to do something about it. Lo and behold, Katie announced the Transformation Program and I knew right then and there that, that is what I needed!

Since the start of the program I have lost just over 40lbs, 35.5 inches and 17.1% body fat. My A1C test results are lower than ever before. I am able to take my wedding ring off to get it cleaned. I don’t have to worry about not fitting into the biggest size work pants I own. I absolutely love feeling the muscles I’m gaining and I’m happier emotionally than I have been in awhile.
There have been a lot of ups and downs over the last 6 months and Katie has been there every time I needed her. I am sooo thankful for Katie’s coaching, guidance and advice! Here’s to the next couple months! ”
