BOOTYcamp
BOOTYcamp is a super fun, big outdoor group fitness class soley focused on booty and core strengthening! I provide a booty band to each individual to use during the class. It’s a fun way to gather all your friends and workout together in a community and larger group setting. This class is free to try and open to all. Any and all fitness levels are welcome.
Small group personal training
Workout with a group of supportive and encouraging women! Programming still individualized for your fitness level and goals. This gives you the community feel of working out with your peers to help motivate each other. Many find this ideal for it’s cost effectiveness as well.
Personal training
One on one sessions programmed to your specific fitness level, goals and needs.
Weightlifting technique coaching
Power lifting and Olympic lifting technique coaching, online or in person. This is for everyone-from beginners to experienced athletes.
Online fitness programming
Workout programs personalized to your fitness level. You do not need to be local to do online coaching! These workouts can be designed for at home with no equipment, your gym and whatever equipment it has or anything in between. Programs are done through an app so you receive your workout each day and are able to record your results in the app, upload videos for form correction and get feedback from me on your workouts! My clients are very successful with this style of coaching whether they live near or far.
Holistic health coaching

Nutrition coaching
I am here to help you develop good habits and a good relationship with food. No restrictive “diets”, no crash programs to get results quickly that won’t last. Your nutrition program is based on bioindividuality and what works for YOU. The goal being to discover what can be a sustainable lifestyle for YOU. This depends on so many factors. Personality, past and present ways of eating, genetics, hormones, consistency, disordered eating patterns, habits, goals and more. No person is the same, therefore no nutrition plan is. Sure we all need to drink a lot of water and eat fruits and vegetables. But your individual body and who you are determines the rest. There is no one size fits all. Whether you’re looking for macro coaching, improving your relationship with food, vegan/vegetarian or just learning how to become healthy, I can help.
